Nechako Valley Community Services Society requires a Clinical Supervisor/Program Manager in Fraser Lake, Vanderhoof & Fort St James, BC
JOB SUMMARY: The Clinical Supervisor/Program Manager's main functions include providing clinical guidance and leadership to frontline staff, leading program planning and guiding the direction of services to the communities in the Nechako Valley.
QUALIFICATIONS: A Masters degree in a relevent field is required including extensive experience with clinical supervision. A minimum or two years experience supervising clinical staff and responsibility for program management. Experience providing training to clinical staff. Experience with writing grants and applying for funding is a definate asset.
SALARY: $67,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
CONDITIONS OF WORK: 36 hours per week

Job Summary: This position maintains client's abilities to live to their maximum level of independence, by assisting them with activities of daily living.
Qualifications: A diploma in the human services field ,or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Credentials: One year experience in a similar enviroment. Must demonstrate an understanding of theory, principles and practices in the field and have knowledge of child development and age appropriate behaviors.
Salary: 15.54 hourly, As per collective agreement.
Hours of work: casual
Start Date: As soon as possible.
